IT Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a skilled IT Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the quality of testing and timely delivery of projects. In this role, you will be responsible for creating test strategies, overall plans, resource requirements, and allocation of technical skills areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest quality of testing and timely delivery of projects.
  • Drive Test Improvement Initiatives and ensure compliance with client processes.
  • Consolidate and report metrics for project activities.

As an IT Quality Assurance Lead, you will also be responsible for interacting with the client team on project risks and concerns, and resolving issues. Additionally, you will track project milestones and deliverables, keeping track of new requirements from the project, and daily defect triaging.

The ideal candidate will have excellent programming/scripting skills in Java, Selenium, Appium, and API. Hands-on experience with automation frameworks like TestNG, Page Object Model, BDD, and Cucumber is essential. You will design test automation, execution, and lead automation delivery for Web and API projects.

Credit domain knowledge will be important. We are looking for a collaborative individual who can work closely with product line stakeholders to understand and develop strategies. The ideal candidate will execute and analyze automation test results, lead and coordinate Go-Live activities including the execution of deployment plans and checklists.
