Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. This role will involve leading a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary planning and integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks and test suites for web applications with minimal inputs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that automation projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review software testing strategies to ensure effective and comprehensive testing of school ERP systems.
  • Analyze test results and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing software quality.
  • Prepare, review, and present test reports and documentation to stakeholders, providing clear and concise information about the testing process and outcomes.
  • Design and review the overall Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Estimation, considering manual testing, functional automation, ETL testing, and performance testing.
  • Prepare and review test metrics, capturing key testing metrics to assess progress, effectiveness, and quality of the testing effort.
  • Implement an integrated Quality Approach, collaborating with development teams and stakeholders to establish quality standards and processes throughout the software development life cycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies and tools, including Selenium WebDriver with TestNG and Maven (Java), TDD framework, API(Postman) and more.
