Business Program Manager

As a strategic professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth from scratch. You will oversee all aspects of business functions, including data management, execution, cross-functional collaboration, process building, and new market launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Data Management: Oversee complete business data management, extracting actionable insights for improvement.
  • Execution Ownership: Own on-ground business execution, ensuring seamless field operations and ownership of business outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between individual business functions and leadership, fostering close relationships and resolving problems with support from management.
  • Process Building and Productization: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the business and individual functions, leveraging internal tech and third-party SaaS solutions for efficient operations.
  • New Market Launches: Lead on-ground operations for initial launch periods in new markets.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree from a top-tier university and an MBA from a reputable institution.
  • Work experience of 1-5 years across sales and program management, with preference for retail distribution/sales and financial services experience.
  • Prior project management experience and high comfort with data dashboarding and analysis is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of ownership, ability to switch context, and build new business skills quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
