System Administrator Support Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced system administrator to join our team. As a system administrator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the infrastructure of our systems, identifying and resolving technical issues, and providing excellent customer support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent communication skills, and experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain the infrastructure of our systems, including CPU, memory, hard disk size, log size, and other vital server parameters.
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide excellent customer support through email, phone, or ticketing system, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying new knowledge and skills to enhance system performance and efficiency.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on customer support and technical issue resolution.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and operating systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
