Job Title: System Administrator for Encompass Loan Origination

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced system administrator to oversee the daily operations of our Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and customizing complex software systems, ensuring smooth system operations, user support, and compliance alignment.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and customizing user roles, security, and access controls within the Encompass LOS. This will include managing and maintaining input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports.
  • He/She will work closely with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

System Configuration & Customization:

  • Configure and maintain user roles, security, and access controls within the Encompass LOS.
  • Manage and maintain input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports.
  • Partner with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality and ensure seamless integration across platforms.

System Maintenance & Upgrades:

  • Maintain and test system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology.
  • Monitor performance, optimize workflows, and maintain detailed documentation of configurations.

Integration Management:

  • Support and manage integrations with third-party systems (loan servicing, document management, core banking).
  • Ensure data integrity and security across platforms.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure Encompass aligns with banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies.
  • Support audits and system usage reviews.
Required Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Encompass Administrator role.
  • Strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA) is a plus.
  • ICE Mortgage Technology certifications are highly preferred.
