Job Overview

This role is responsible for the success of sales teams in Bengaluru, India.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and select top-performing sales executives with HR support.
  • Meet unit productivity measures: premium per executive, case rate, persistency, retention, and exceed planned standards.
  • Leverage skills like need-based selling, compliance, and customer service to surpass revenue targets.
  • Supervise daily activity plans to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
  • Effectively manage, track, and convert leads from the in-house telemarketing unit.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve policyholder complaints efficiently.
  • Educate teams and prospects about company products and services.
