Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to join our Partnerships & Alliances team as a Strategic Partnership Manager.

This role involves supporting the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns with key stakeholders while building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.
  • Create persuasive and visually compelling proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI.
  • Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Manage campaign tracking, analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
  • Manage professional communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Leverage AI and digital tools to optimize research, workflows, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • 0-3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.
  • Skilled in creating structured decks, reports, and presentations.
