Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Partner Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales operations, partner management, or channel programs and possess strong organizational and project management skills.

The Partner Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and triaging help desk requests with clients, coordinating L2 and L3 escalations to ensure timely resolution, and delivering accurate, timely reporting on Partner Center metrics such as Azure consumption, certifications, customer adds, CPOR/PAL attach, and other KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Certification Management: Maintain and update the list of Launch's active certifications, track progress toward certification goals, and support team members in achieving requirements.
  • Help Desk Management: Manage and triage help desk requests with clients, coordinate L2 and L3 escalations to ensure timely resolution.
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver accurate, timely reporting on Partner Center metrics, provide actionable insights to the partnership team to drive decision-making.
  • Outbound Referrals & Co-Sell Support: Facilitate co-sell vs. partner-led motions, ensuring offer attachment to protect performance metrics.
  • Pipeline Identification & Attribution: Identify opportunities eligible for PAL (Partner Admin Link) or POR (Partner of Record) attribution, ensure attribution requirements are captured and executed post-contracting.
