This role is part of our Analytics Department, where we deliver cutting-edge analytics from the broadest set of data sources combined with deep technical expertise.

We are looking for a Senior Associate to partner with our Onsite Data Management Leadership team and help implement the Data Warehouse solution within our internal system.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Design Expertise: Develop database and reporting solutions that improve efficiency over the long term, leveraging data design knowledge and understanding business processes.
  • Data Warehousing: Design and develop the Analytics data warehouse and MDM, leveraging data from across a variety of internal applications and data vendors.
  • Technical Solutions: Contribute to the design and development of technical solutions to ensure business requirements are satisfied.
  • Data Accuracy: Establish and track data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the data warehouse & MDM system.
  • Programming Languages: Utilize experience with standard analytical, reporting, and programming languages (SQL, Alteryx, Informatica, Python, R) to develop actionable business information deliverables.
  • Adoption: Drive the adoption of data management and reporting tools for business users.
  • Reporting: Deliver data sets, views, and automated reporting to stakeholders on an as-needed basis.
  • Documentation: Document ETL & MDM processes used for the data warehouse, data flow, and data quality to ensure visibility and transparency for stakeholders and boundary partners.
