Job Title: Client Servicing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Servicing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between our agency and clients, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective marketing/advertising strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end client servicing including campaign briefings, execution, reporting, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, strategy, and operations) to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Support new business development by participating in pitches, proposal creation, and presentations.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage account profitability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital/advertising innovations to provide strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management with an advertising/creative/digital agency.
  • Must have hands-on agency sales/business development experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and media planning.
  • Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
