Project Manager Opportunity

A seasoned professional with 10 to 15 years of experience in project management office (PMO) roles, specializing in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in governance, business transformation, and project management tools such as Jira, Clarity, and Confluence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage PMO activities for large-scale banking projects, ensuring adherence to established governance frameworks and protocols.
  • Lead and drive business transformation initiatives within the banking sector, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver strategic objectives.
  • Implement strong governance practices, including compliance, risk reporting, and project audits, in alignment with financial institution standards.
  • Utilize project management tools for efficient project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive presentations, ensuring clear communication across all levels.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

  • Banking domain expertise: All recent work experience must be solely in the banking sector.
  • Governance: Deep experience and hands-on ownership of governance processes.
  • Business Transformation: Proven track record leading and supporting business transformation projects within banking.
