Job Title

A Senior Contracts Manager is required to oversee the entire contract-to-invoice lifecycle for global software agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies, revenue recognition standards, service provisioning and legal requirements. The role involves managing contract implementation, leading the invoicing function to guarantee billing accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client-specific requirements.

This position also serves as a Finance representative in cross-functional projects, participating in project scoping, success definition, and UAT closure. By managing upstream contracts and downstream invoicing together, this position ensures seamless revenue flow, risk mitigation, and transparent reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete contract-to-invoice lifecycle for global software agreements.
  • Lead the Invoicing Function: Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant customer billing.
  • Financial & Compliance Oversight: Validate billing frequency, payment terms, taxation, and revenue allocation in contracts.
  • Manage Centralized Repository: Maintain version control of contracts and ensure compliance with audit, revenue recognition, and financial reporting standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business; MBA is a plus.
  • 10-14 years of experience in finance, contracts management, invoicing, or revenue assurance in SaaS/B2B.
  • 2-3 years of experience leading contracts/invoicing/finance operations teams.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS contracts, invoicing workflows, revenue recognition, and compliance frameworks.
  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM, CLM systems, and ERP/Finance platforms (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
  • Proficiency in UAT/project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Agile).
