Adobe Target Developer Position

Drive Customer Experience Excellence

As a skilled Adobe Target Developer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and enhancing the end-customer experience across various digital channels leveraging the power of Adobe Target Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Seamless Digital Experiences: Utilize Adobe Target to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Leverage Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform business growth decisions through Adobe Analytics and Target.
  • Develop Customized Reports and Dashboards: Create tailored solutions for clients using Adobe Analytics and Target, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Advise on Testing Protocols: Provide expert guidance on testing best practices to ensure effective implementation of Adobe Target.
  • Lead Adobe Analytics Implementation: Spearhead the integration of Adobe Analytics across web, mobile, and app platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences.

Requirements:

  • Proven Expertise: 4-9 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on consulting and implementation expertise in Adobe Target.
  • Thorough Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Adobe Target with minimum 4-9 years of hands-on experience.
  • Adobe Cloud Mastery: Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud solution and framework.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience leading agile project implementations using Scrum methodologies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and mobile tagging.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cross-Product Integration: Good understanding of cross-product integrations (e.g., Target – Campaign, Target – AAM).
  • Solution Design: Experience in designing solutions, creating RFPs, and engaging with clients.
  • Data Visualization: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Workspace, Report Builder, PowerBi, and Tableau.
  • Mobile Tagging: Experience in mobile tagging and its applications.
