Job Description:

Sr. Cloud Engineer is responsible for designing, building and maintaining cloud infrastructure using AWS services.

  • Design, build and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure to meet business requirements.
  • Utilize expertise in EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Redshift, ECS, Route 53, Load Balancers, Auto Scaling, Cost Explorer and other AWS services.
  • Set up ECS/EKS clusters, configure deployments and implement performance-based scaling to optimize system efficiency.
  • Automate infrastructure setup using Terraform and CloudFormation to reduce manual errors and increase productivity.
  • Establish new environments based on specific landing page requirements and industry best practices.
  • Configure AWS IAM roles, policies and user groups to ensure secure access control.
  • Set up RDS databases (MySQL, Redshift, PostgreSQL, MariaDB) and manage intranet user access for efficient data management.
  • Develop specialized knowledge in network configurations using services such as VPC, Subnets, Security Groups, NAT Gateways, Internet Gateways, Route 53, WAF, etc.
  • Implement DevOps and CI/CD processes to streamline development and deployment workflows.
  • Apply strong background in cost analysis and resource optimization to minimize costs and maximize resource utilization.
  • Utilize Trusted Advisor, Cost Explorer and tagging for granular cost insights.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in designing, building and maintaining cloud infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Collaborative team player with proactive attitude.
