Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with our company's objectives and growth plans.
  • Research industry best practices in talent acquisition, select effective recruitment strategies, and implement changes to enhance our TA process efficiency.
  • Proactively source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Implement robust candidate assessment methodologies, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Enhance our employer brand to attract top talent through social media, industry events, and campus outreach.

As a talent acquisition manager, you will drive employee induction and onboarding for all new joiners within the agreed timeframe. Ensure implementation of our New Hire Onboarding program, build strong relationships with hiring managers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
