Procurement Strategic Lead

Job Overview:

The Procurement Strategic Lead will be responsible for leading the procurement process for key categories from request for quotation (RFQs) to contract closure. This role requires analyzing vendor markets, negotiating favorable terms, and driving supplier evaluations and performance metrics using digital dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic procurement initiatives for key categories, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Analyze market trends and negotiate contracts that meet or exceed business requirements
  • Develop and implement digital dashboards to track supplier performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical sourcing practices
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in procurement analytics
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in indirect or direct sourcing
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Analytical mindset with exposure to data analysis and visualization tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
