Senior Fundraising Strategist

We seek a visionary professional to spearhead fundraising efforts for our specially abled projects. As the Manager, you will devise strategies, engage donors, and mobilize resources to ensure sustainability and growth of our programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive annual fundraising plans for specially abled initiatives.
- Secure funding from corporations, high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and institutions through effective proposals and engagement.
- Maintain strong relationships with donors through regular updates, reports, and communication.
- Collaborate with CSR heads and grant-making agencies to explore new opportunities and partnerships.
- Design impactful fundraising campaigns and materials that drive results.
- Monitor fundraising targets and provide timely updates to leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-8 years of proven fundraising experience, preferably in specially abled projects.
- Exceptional proposal writing, presentation, and donor engagement skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and deliver results-oriented outcomes.
- Commitment to empowerment and inclusion of specially abled individuals.
