Senior Fundraising and Communication Leader

This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing, leading, and executing the organization's comprehensive fundraising and brand communication strategy. The position focuses on ensuring long-term financial sustainability, diversifying income streams, strengthening donor loyalty, and enhancing the visibility and credibility of the organization in alignment with its mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the implementation of the Fund Development & Communication strategy aligned with the organization's strategic goals;
  • Maintain strategic partnerships with local, national, and international donors and stakeholders;
  • Enhance the visibility and influence of the organization through proactive engagement in media and in the industry;
Fund Development and Donor Servicing:
  • Design and execute integrated fundraising campaigns across individual partnership, corporate partnership, high net worth individual engagement, institutional donors, legacy partners, and digital fundraising;
  • Expand and diversify income sources, focusing on unrestricted funding growth and donor retention;
  • Strengthen donor stewardship systems to ensure a positive donor experience and long-term commitment through end-to-end servicing;
Communication and Brand Management:
  • Lead the development of the communication and brand strategy to increase visibility and support fundraising;
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external communication platforms;
People and Team Management:
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing fundraising and communication teams;
  • Foster a results-driven and collaborative culture focused on innovation, integrity, and accountability;
