We are seeking an accomplished Senior Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving our organization's success. The ideal candidate will be a key member of our team, responsible for

  • Developing and maintaining internal SAA tools and specific AXA entity SAA models, including business nuances and ALM specifics.
  • Providing support in SAA model runs and proposal recommendations.
  • Improving methodology and developing asset return models using advanced analytical techniques.
  • Applying AI/ML techniques to enhance the SAA model.
  • Enhancing documentation and controls for the overall process, along with automating SAA model processes.
  • Collaborating with local capital regulatory models and contributing to Asset Liability Management.
  • Coordinating and collaborating with AXA XL teams and other entities.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics/Engineering/Finance) from a top-tier university.
  • CFA/FRM certification or active pursuit of CFA/FRM designation.
  • Relevant years of work experience in investment management or capital markets.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, financial math, economics, and machine learning.
  • Advanced programming skills in Python/MATLAB/R, with knowledge of C++ being preferable.
  • Proficiency in Excel/VBA.
