  • You will evolve from model development to full-cycle strategy execution, taking ownership of the entire process.
  • You will adapt to changing market dynamics, demonstrating an ability to pivot your expertise and thrive in new trading environments and asset classes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing new alpha signals or improving the efficiency of existing trading strategies.
  • Quantifying past achievements and capitalizing on market inefficiencies through profound understanding of market microstructure.
  • Project leadership, managing trade-offs between speed and risk, and articulating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background in a quantitative field.
  • History of continuous learning and staying ahead of the curve in quantitative finance.
  • Relevant professional qualifications or published research.
