  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Leverage your expertise in software engineering and team management to deliver world-class AI safety services that empower customers to deploy cutting-edge models without compromising on security.
    • Influence industry standards by establishing scalable tools, best practices, and clear benchmarks for AI safety.
  • Key Performance Indicators:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop platforms for alignment assessments, adversarial testing, drift detection, and interpretability analysis.
    • Mentor and lead a team of AI engineers, platform engineers, and product managers to drive project success.
    • Engage directly with customer teams to understand their innovation objectives, pain points, and safety requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years managing technical teams or complex projects.
  • A proven track record delivering AI, ML, or data-intensive platforms or services.
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership, coaching, and talent development.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
