We are seeking a visionary Product Leader to spearhead the development and growth of our travel insurance business.

This high-impact role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of InsurTech, customer-centricity, and regulatory landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the travel insurance portfolio.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management – from ideation, market research, design, development, and launch, to ongoing optimization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and customer-centric insurance solutions.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and own KPIs for product performance, adoption, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Champion digital-first solutions that simplify customer journeys, improve claims experiences, and enhance engagement.

Requirements:

  • 3-10 years of product management experience in InsurTech, with significant exposure to travel or health insurance products.
  • Strong understanding of insurance processes, regulatory requirements, and digital distribution models.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience in working with technology teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.
  • MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field preferred.
