Travel Insurance Product Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative product manager to lead our travel insurance business. This individual will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our travel insurance portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management – from ideation, market research, design, development, and launch, to ongoing optimization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (underwriting, claims, operations, sales, technology, marketing, compliance) to deliver innovative and customer-centric insurance solutions.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and own KPIs for product performance, adoption, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Mentor and guide a team of product managers/associates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in InsurTech, with significant exposure to travel or health insurance products.
  • Strong understanding of insurance processes, regulatory requirements, and digital distribution models.
  • Proven success in conceptualizing, launching, and scaling insurance products.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in working with technology teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
