Senior Insurance Product Leader

We are seeking an accomplished senior insurance product leader to spearhead the development and growth of our travel insurance business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and drive a vision for our travel insurance portfolio, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.
  • Leverage market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory changes to inform product strategy and roadmap.
  • Promote collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Analyze market performance, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction metrics to optimize product offerings.
  • Elevate digital-first initiatives that enhance customer journeys and claims experiences.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 8-12 years of leadership experience in InsurTech, preferably in travel or health insurance.
  • In-depth understanding of insurance processes, regulatory frameworks, and digital distribution channels.
  • Proven track record of conceptualizing, launching, and scaling insurance products.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field preferred.
