Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Proposal Manager to oversee the entire bid lifecycle, from initial opportunity identification to final submission. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience in documentation, and a solid understanding of government e-procurement systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the full proposal development process, ensuring timely submissions through relevant e-procurement portals.
  • Review and interpret tender documents to guarantee eligibility and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, finance, legal) to collect inputs and develop tailored proposals that meet client needs.
  • Draft and structure high-quality, compliant, and compelling bid responses that showcase our organization's expertise.
  • Maintain organized records of proposals, templates, and submission timelines to ensure seamless execution.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in proposal/tender management, preferably in a government contracting environment.
  • Solid knowledge of government e-procurement systems, including GeM, CPPP, and state portals.
  • Strong documentation, proofreading, and formatting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
