Engineering Recruiter Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineering Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sourcing and hiring top talent in the engineering field.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates in various engineering positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting top talent in the engineering field
  • Screening and evaluating candidate qualifications
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
  • Developing and executing recruitment strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 1-5 years of full-cycle engineering-recruiting experience
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and Boolean search strings
  • Experience working with MSP and direct clients on core W2 requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
