Solar Power System Designer

As a Solar Power System Designer, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing solar energy systems that meet the needs of our clients. This is a full-time remote role that requires strong technical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site assessments to determine solar potential and design system layouts that maximize energy output.
  • Analyze solar data and create electrical drawings using software such as AutoCAD or PVsyst.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solar projects efficiently and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Perform site assessments and determine solar potential to identify opportunities for renewable energy solutions.
  • Design and optimize solar energy systems to ensure they meet the client's energy requirements and are cost-effective.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in solar design, including the use of software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, or similar.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and codes, as well as solar industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
