About the Role

This leadership position involves spearheading global implementation operations, ensuring strategic direction and operational excellence. The successful candidate will lead a large, distributed team of Engagement Managers, Solution Architects, and Product Specialists across multiple geographies.

The role requires defining and executing the global implementation strategy, aligning with business objectives and driving rapid growth. This includes strategic planning, capacity management, and geographic expansion initiatives.

Maintaining Strategic relationship with C-level stakeholders at Enterprise client organisations is key to success in this role. Act as the apex representation for resolution of complex technical and business challenges that arise during large scale deployments.

Leading and inspiring a large, distributed team of consultants, solution architects, and engagement managers across multiple time zones is also crucial. Building and scaling high-performing teams through strategic hiring, comprehensive onboarding, and continuous professional development is essential.

The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent and 12+ years of progressive experience in HR/HR Consulting/HRMS Delivery or Customer Success with minimum 4 years in senior management roles. Proven track record of delivering large/complex enterprise transformation initiatives is required.
