The industrial front-line workforce is empowered with a suite of highly reconfigurable mobile apps, while the back-office enjoys real-time visibility into the front-line workforce, with improved planning, scheduling, adoption monitoring, and actionable insights.


We have partnered with some of the world's largest brands to digitally transform their back-office and front-line industrial worker experiences.


A successful Program Director will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of projects on time, individually owned by Project Managers, and head the PMO at the offshore delivery center based in Hyderabad.


Key responsibilities include ensuring adequate staffing and resource allocation, setting up COE processes and best practices, evolving implementation methodology in line with changes in product architecture and capabilities, project and portfolio margins, person-day budgets, timely attainment of forecasted billable milestones, SOW writing, and strict project scope adherence, writing and negotiating PCRs, and mentorship of Project Managers in proactive risk identification and mitigation.


In addition to program management, the Program Director - COE will be responsible for managing customers throughout the implementation journey, including pre-project delivery planning and communication during the sales process.


The ideal candidate is a highly energetic, passionate, and purpose-driven program manager, bringing a customer-centric mindset and creative problem-solving skills.


Required qualifications include a minimum of 5 years' experience as a program director or other senior managerial position, thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods, excellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics, outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and budgeting, working knowledge of MS office and program management software, business acumen with strategic ability, excellent organizational and leadership skills, analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities, proven ability to effectively prioritize, executive presence, and prior experience running large SAP or SaaS-based product Implementation Programs with multiple Project Managers.
