Project Engineering Specialist

This is a highly technical role that requires expertise in construction planning, coordination, and execution.

As a Project Engineer, you will play a critical part in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will be responsible for developing and implementing project schedules, managing resource allocation, and maintaining quality control measures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office Suite is also essential.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including timelines and milestones.
  • Collaborate with design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project workflow.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company standards.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals.
  • Coordinate with the QA/QC team to conduct inspections and resolve non-conformities.
  • Monitor material consumption and manage procurement processes to minimize costs.
  • Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to communicate project updates and progress.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
