Job Overview">

This role is focused on overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality control and coordinating with stakeholders. The Site Engineer will be based in Ajmer and will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and communicating project progress to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed site plans and specifications that meet project requirements
  • Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with design, project specifications, and safety codes
  • Direct or perform surveys and measurements to inform project decisions
  • Have knowledge of excavation processes and work height to ensure safe operations
  • Estimate costs and prepare budgets for projects
  • Plan and coordinate construction activities for timely project completion
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors on project estimations and designs
  • Perform geotechnical analysis and conduct soil tests for structural foundations
  • Report on work progress and budget matters to seniors
  • Ensure materials and workmanship meet project quality standards and design requirements
  • Identify and address problems that may arise during construction
  • Ensure the project complies with all building and safety codes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in on-site project management with a focus on civil and structural engineering
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders
  • Strong background in quality control processes and safety compliance in construction projects
  • Proficiency in using AI-based project planning and scheduling tools is a plus
  • Site Engineer degree/diploma holder with minimum 2-3 years' experience in civil engineering
