Civil Supervisor

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee the execution of civil activities for power distribution projects specifically focusing on EHV substations up to 400 kV The ideal candidate will have strong skills in managing contract labor ensuring quality control and maintaining safety standards at work sites Responsibilities Labour Management Manage contract labor at the site and distribute work regularly according to the workmen s skills related to civil activities Quality Control Conduct regular quality checks on civil works ensuring tasks are carried out as per structural civil drawings Documentation Update the work measurement in the measurement book daily Material Management Perform daily reconciliation of materials with labor contractors including issues and returns Reporting Engage in daily interaction and provide work reports to seniors as well as end users Billing Prepare running bills based on the actual and approved measurement sheets Drawing Management Understand shop floor drawings ensure work is conducted as per approved drawings and incorporate changes into as-built drawings Coordination Regularly coordinate with other agencies at the site such as Civil FA HVAC etc Checklist Management Update checklists and work permits regularly at the site for respective works Compliance Ensure all work is carried out as per SOP drawings and tender specifications Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in managing civil activities for power distribution projects particularly EHV substations Strong skills in labor management quality control and safety compliance Proficiency in understanding and working with structural civil drawings Effective communication skills for interaction with seniors end users and other site agencies Experience in updating measurement books preparing bills and managing material reconciliation Ability to update and maintain checklists and work permits Knowledge of SOPs and tender specifications Job Type Full-time Pay 37 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Experience total work 2 years Required Work Location In person
