Job Overview

The role of a Project Manager is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of commercial ICI construction projects. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from pre-construction to closeout.

This is a part-time position with a hybrid work model – a combination of remote work and in-person site visits or office meetings as required.

  • Manage all phases of commercial ICI construction projects, including pre-construction, planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones; provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with contract scope, safety standards, budget controls, and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors to monitor on-site progress and address any field issues.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation using construction management software.
  • Handle all project administration tasks, including submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, site instructions, deficiency reports, and closeout packages.
  • Prepare cost estimates, bid packages, and tender submissions for ICI projects.
  • Issue and manage purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Track subcontractor invoices and prepare project billing and progress claims.
  • Maintain strict financial control and identify cost-effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Represent the company at project meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors through proactive communication.
  • Address project challenges and conflicts promptly to avoid delays.
