Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Professional to oversee the successful delivery of various construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and quality results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough technical due diligence on projects to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Review project plans, drawings, and BOQs for accuracy and take ownership of the same.
  • Develop project schedules, procurement plans, and present them to the business team.
  • Ensure attention to detail and adhere to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Apply logical thinking and bring value engineering and cost-saving mechanisms to projects.
  • Provide constructability reviews and recommend mitigation measures during pre-construction and construction stages.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of minutes and risk management plans.
  • Utilize construction management tools/software effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate good working knowledge of commercial projects and client-centric operations.
  • Possess strong leadership skills and experience in team management.
  • Have good research skills and attention to detail.
  • Be able to juggle multiple projects accurately.

Experience and Education:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a project management professional in the construction industry.
  • Preferably from a D&B or coworking space background.
  • B.E/B. Tech Electrical/Mechanical degree with specialization in MEP.
  • Graduation must be through a full-time day course.
