Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled project manager to oversee the implementation of Zoho CRM, website development, and sales tool projects. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, ability to work with vendors, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure timely execution and alignment with business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Zoho partners, agencies, and developers to deliver successful projects
  • Manage website rollouts, bug fixes, and vendor collaborations to meet client expectations
  • Translate sales/marketing needs into actionable tasks to drive project progress
  • Test and validate deployments to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), guides, and release notes to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular project status reviews to keep stakeholders informed and aligned
  • Suggest automations and improvements to optimize project workflows and enhance efficiency

 

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in tech project coordination, preferably with exposure to Zoho CRM
  • Understanding of web basics, including HTML, CMS, WordPress/Shopify, and Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira/Trello, Slack, and Notion
  • Strong task management and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

 

Bonus Points:

  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and Zoho Flow
  • Vendor management experience to negotiate and manage relationships with external partners
