Financial Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to serve as our key point of contact for clients regarding statutory filings, compliance, and financial statement preparation.

This role requires a strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a focus on delivering accurate financial information. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and 0-1 years of relevant experience in finance operations, statutory filings, and financial statements preparation.

  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory forms and returns with regulatory bodies and other government agencies.
  • Monitor and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations, including the Companies Act, income tax, TDS provisions, GST, and other relevant legislation.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of income tax returns, ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations.
  • Manage TDS compliance, including deduction, payment, and filing of TDS returns, to minimize errors and delays.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any legal or compliance issues related to statutory filings and financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including timely filing of returns, reconciliation, and addressing any GST-related queries.
  • Provide accurate and reliable financial information to clients, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records related to statutory filings, compliance, and financial statements.
