Financial Advisor – Women Investors

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, empathetic, and data-driven woman financial advisor to lead a team focused on serving diverse cohorts of women investors – from young professionals and homemakers to mompreneurs and retiring women. This is not your typical financial advisory role. This is leadership with purpose, aimed at unlocking financial confidence for every Indian woman.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of financial advisors to deliver personalized, jargon-free financial planning for women across various life stages and income groups.
• Understand unique financial needs of different cohorts – from Gen Z and millennial earners, gig workers to salaried professionals, entrepreneurs and Homemakers
• Drive cohort-specific engagement strategies: customized investment journeys, content, webinars, and toolkits.
• Stay updated on investment products, market trends, tax laws, and regulatory updates to offer compliant, relevant advice.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to design cohort-specific offerings and campaigns that drive adoption and retention.
• Maintain high standards of customer empathy, trust, and compliance.
Who You Are:
• A passionate woman finance professional with 7-10 years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or personal finance.
• CFP, CFA, or SEBI RIA-certified preferred.
• Proven track record of team leadership and customer-centric financial planning.
• Strong understanding of women's financial behaviors, barriers, and motivations.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Driven by purpose, but also analytical and result-oriented.
• Comfortable with digital tools and platforms.
