Job Title: Fashion Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fashion Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining personal contact with existing customers, and fostering customer loyalty.

  • Achieve sales targets consistently by identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and executing plans.
  • Maintain personal contact with existing customers through regular communication, building strong relationships, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Develop new customers for repeat business by identifying potential clients, making targeted approaches, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Offer innovative suggestions for attracting and retaining customers by analyzing market trends, understanding customer needs, and proposing solutions.
  • Promote sale of Accessories along with garments/Upsell products by creating product knowledge, highlighting key features, and demonstrating value.
  • Identify non-moving stocks promptly and take timely action as per established procedures to minimize inventory levels and optimize stock turnover.
  • Participate in weekly merchandising meetings and provide relevant information on matters impacting sales at the store to inform strategic decisions.
  • Succeed in making bi-annual SALE successful through extra efforts by driving sales growth, improving customer engagement, and enhancing brand visibility.

  • Demonstrate high energy levels, enthusiasm, and a pleasing personality.
  • Show keen dressing sense with current fashion, well-maintained garments, and accessories.
  • Display good memory and ability to multitask.
  • Maintain good health and wellbeing.
  • Possess any graduate degree with passion for fashion and industry knowledge.
