You are invited to play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution and management of ongoing projects as a Client Service Operations Specialist.

This remote opportunity allows you to work from anywhere, with occasional travel to our office required for business needs or team events.

Your main responsibility will be to support Account Managers in managing ongoing projects and handle client queries in both English and Japanese. You will also be expected to build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored service options.

Additional tasks include preparing service quotations, managing timely invoice submissions according to contracts, and accurately understanding and conveying customer expectations to the team to mitigate risks and miscommunications.

We are seeking someone with advanced skills in MS Office, especially in Word and Excel, and strong communication and organizational abilities to ensure clear and efficient client interactions.

In this dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to identify and implement improvements in services, processes, and systems.

To succeed in this role, you should possess N1/N2 level Japanese certification, reflecting advanced language proficiency, and 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in sales or client services; experience in Life Sciences is a plus.
