Global Payroll Operations Manager

As a global payroll specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our international payroll processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across various countries, including the United States, Europe, and Asia.
- E nsure accurate and timely payment of wages, salaries, and benefits to employees according to local regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with HR, finance, and other departments to gather payroll data, such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary changes.
- Review and verify payroll inputs, including timesheets, bonuses, commissions, and deductions, to ensure accuracy and compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax filings, and other statutory requirements to relevant authorities in each country.
- Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and compliance requirements in each country and update payroll processes accordingly.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies or issues raised by employees or stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with external payroll service providers, tax advisors, and legal counsel to ensure compliance and address complex payroll matters.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
- Years of experience in global payroll processing, preferably in a multinational company or payroll service provider.
- Deep understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements in multiple countries.
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work with large volumes of data accurately.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
