Global Payroll Leader

We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Manager to lead our payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing global payroll for countries such as China, Japan, and other APAC countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire payroll process from start to finish.
- Develop and implement effective payroll strategies to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure timely and accurate payment of employees.
- Analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies and errors in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in managing global payroll for countries such as China, Japan, and other APAC countries.
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems and platforms.
- Practical approach to payroll validation.
- Hands-on experience in MS Excel including macros.
- Experience in team leadership and coaching.
