Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our organization in the role of Junior Architect. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attending project meetings, communicating and coordinating with client teams, representatives & engineers as directed by the project manager and seniors.

In this role, you will analyze architectural designs and plans, prepare building sections, elevation options, schedules and other design documents required for each phase of a project. Your creative skills and attention to detail will enable you to deliver high-quality work.

You will contribute to concept design, furniture design, finishing details with detailed drawings for show and sample flats by developing presentation, mood boards in consultation with seniors.

Additionally, you will coordinate the interfaces between the Engineering team and the Project Management team, ensuring effective transfer of information between the two.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation and communication skills, have an eye for detail, and be a highly creative individual with analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.

A strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions is essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
