Job Opportunity

This role is for a skilled specialist to provide technical support in the Japanese market. You will be part of our growing global centre, delivering innovative solutions and becoming an expert in the solar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot grid tie solar inverter issues encountered during installation and start-up processes.
  • Collaborate with operations to verify authorization for parts release to resolve customer problems.
  • Update the knowledge database used by support representatives with new troubleshooting information discovered.
  • Manage the monitoring database of customer installations.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in professional customer service and technical support.
  • PREFERRED qualification in electrical and electronics engineering.
  • Familiarity with IP network technology basics.
  • Experience working with solar electric products.
