  • The Commercial and Industrial Channel Sales professional will develop and deploy C&I business in assigned territories.
  • This role requires managing relationships with Electrical Distributors, Contractors, Panel Builders, Industrial System Integrators, Original Equipment Manufacturers, and other stakeholders in the C&I segment.

Responsibilities include converting opportunities into business plans leveraging National Sales and Central Team Organization resources. Collaborate closely with key accounts to gain market share in Non-IT Segments and work with Marketing Teams to develop comprehensive Strategic Market plans in C&I Segments.

  • Leverage resources to convert opportunities
  • Draw business plans to work with Pipes, ED, IAD, Contractor, Panel Builder, OEM, and Industrial SI
  • Work with Top accounts as V2 leveraging the Non-IT Segment Teams
  • Work with Business Development Teams for market size, opportunity details, and competitive data
  • Identify and build strong partners in Electrical and Industrial Channels
  • Collaborate with Marketing Teams for Strategic Market planning

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Highly entrepreneurial and self-starting with strong leadership skills
  • Well-versed with Secure Power offers and familiarity with the Electrical and industrial channel is an advantage
  • Understanding of C&I Business to customer pain points, solution value propositioning, and Solution positioning
  • Experience with strategic thinking and commercial business acumen, direct experience in C&I Segments, CPG, Healthcare, Mobility, O&G, MMM
  • Strong focus on Developing New Business and Working in a Matrixed Environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or BE in Electrical required, MBA an added advantage
  • 8 years of experience in a Sales or Business Development Role
