  1. Developing integrated modules for English Grammar + Spoken English + MS Office + Basic Mathematics + Soft skills + Work readiness.
  2. Creating and implementing training plans/calendars for centers.
  3. Conducting assessments and providing feedback to aspirants.
  4. Supporting post-placement counseling and handholding aspirants at the workplace.
  5. Networking with guest lecturers/industry partners to arrange field visits and enhance sector readiness.
