About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Career Coach to join our team and play a critical role in empowering young people to acquire employable skills and improve their socio-economic status.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery: Develop and deliver training programs that equip young people with essential skills such as communication, digital literacy, and aptitude.
  • Placement Support: Work closely with trainees to identify placement opportunities and provide ongoing support to ensure successful job placements.
  • Counseling and Mentoring: Offer guidance and mentorship to help young people overcome challenges and achieve their career goals.
  • Center Support: Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement center-based initiatives that promote skill development and employability.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in education or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience in training delivery and placement support.
