Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to achieve revenue targets through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving Revenue Targets
- Establishing and achieving Revenue Target for the year by planning booking targets based on revenue goals
- Developing and implementing business development strategies to maximize market reach
- Driving Marketing Strategies
- Branding and lead generation
- Biz Dev & Sales Management, Ally/Assoc Management, Govt. Inst. Mgmt, Biz Ptg Mgmt, Inst Partners
- Achieving Gross Margin targets
- Providing strategic support in overall process of management and corporate decision making
- Ensuring organization maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability
- Budgeting and Reporting
- Seeking budget approval for sales and marketing initiatives on an annual basis
- Publishing regular MIS reports with dashboard on achievements, progress, concerns and future plans
- Controlling departmental expenditure
- Training & Development
- Building, training and developing sales & marketing teams
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops
Candidate Profile:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management is preferred
Work Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience in sales & marketing in a large professionally managed organization
Languages: English and Hindi proficiency along with regional languages like Kannada/Marathi & Bengali is preferred
