Job Description

As a Paid Search Manager, you will lead our paid search efforts and be responsible for developing and executing paid search campaigns across multiple platforms. You will guide a team in executing media buys to industry-standard best practices, optimize ad accounts to achieve exceptional results for clients, and lead client relationships and collaborate with team members.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and executing paid search campaigns across multiple platforms.
  2. Guiding a team in executing media buys to industry-standard best practices.
  3. Optimizing ad accounts to achieve exceptional results for clients.
  4. Leading client relationships and collaborating with team members.
  5. Contributing to the growth and structure of our paid search media team, assisting in training and up-skilling the wider team.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  1. Experience managing multiple search campaigns simultaneously.
  2. Strong communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
  3. The ability to multi-task and be self-driven and proactive.
  4. Comfort working across departments in a deadline-driven environment.
  5. A strong eye for precision and attention to detail.
  6. Good working knowledge of MS-Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  7. Google AdWords Certification is a plus.
