Job Title: Chief Financial Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, accounting principles, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's long-term goals.
- Oversee the preparation and approval of all financial reporting metrics.
- Prepare and present financial statements and reports, conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage relationships with investors and investment institutions.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidate must have CA/CPA/CMA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible financial leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and risk management.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
