Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Forecasting Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of strategic forecasting solutions, leveraging their expertise in data analysis and modeling.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in synthesizing insights from diverse pharma data sets, developing forecast models, and generating strategic and statistical forecast solutions.

  • Develop and maintain robust forecasting processes and models to drive informed business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify challenges in the forecasting process and drive continuous enhancements.
  • Drive innovation and automation to enhance robustness and efficiency in forecasting processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Strategic Forecasting Lead, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical strategic forecasting, analytics, or forecast insights generation.
  • Strong analytical skills, including problem-solving and strategic thinking.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing functions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and drive collaborative efforts.
  • Exposure/sound understanding of advanced modeling techniques, such as Agent based and dynamic transmission model.
